I had a discussion last week with Alex Visa about how the Government and Romanian State care about Internet and facilities for the Romanian citizens. He had a great example Goverment of Canada, gc.ca (is not coming from Gamulescu Claudiu – GC ).

Last week i had also a discussion with Bobi Neacsu from Financiarul about usability of Ministries websites and I know the last study was published 2 years ago (the company realized the study doesn’t exist anymore) and the guidelines for local authorities and institutions have just been published two month ago (11 April) on MCTI website.
