Lawyers, spam and insanity
As i said in a previous post there was a fine for Urban & Asociatii. There were like the all-internet-data-gathering. We made an internal address we used it not in public reasons. We received the “newsletter” even on that address !
I think is normal to be punished and to accept consequences.
But is not normal to act like we, the people working daily in Romanian web, are like dust in the wind. Like the laws (are you lawyers?) and the Authorities doesn’t exist. Look at this attitude!
There is a blacklist with the “public enemies” : Bogdan, Vali, Mihai, Cristi, Stefaniu, Daniel. Well mr. Urban , I received without requesting the mails from your company, in ALL E-MAIL INBOX, and i couldn’t unsubscribe. So, it’s simple. You are breaking the law. And TO THREAT is your business, but don’t threat us. Be smart. Put me on that list!
I quote (and not translate) from an official response of these Urban : “Nu va dati seama ca sunteti niste nimeni, lasati sa guite pe internet, si care vor fi striviti imediat de cei care cu adevarat conduc tara asta.” (referitor la oamenii care lucreaza in Internet)
